After the Galaxy S25 series, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 has also received the stable One UI 9 version based on Android 17 in India. The firmware version F966BXXUCCZIH has been dispatched in 540MB file size. It also carries the September 2026 security patch, though it missed the latest October security patch, which is now running on the Galaxy S26 series.
In the new software update, users will get Horizontal Lock, Now Nudge, Call Brief, My FanCam, and many other features. It could also get a new Spam detection function, though we are not sure yet. The stable One UI 9 update will soon reach other countries, so you should check your smartphone.
