Samsung is now releasing new One UI 8 Watch beta updates for the Galaxy Watch 7, Watch Ultra, and Watch 8 series. South Korean users are the first to receive the new beta version with fixes and improvements. The firmware version ending in ZZJ5 comes in a 200MB file size and offers an October 2026 security patch.
The main highlights of the beta version are that it has fixed forced reboots during software updates and the Watch Nova issue. Also, it has improved overall stability by taking care of minor bugs in the code. The Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra will receive it as a fourth beta, and Galaxy Watch 8 will receive it as the fifth beta version.
The stable One UI 9 Watch update for these Galaxy Watches is expected to release at the end of this month.
